In this blog I’ll walk through how you can bring that blooming into your daily routine—grounded in the UEF framework of love, learning and play.

1. Grasping the Meaning of Flourishing

First, let’s clarify What is human flourishing. UEF defines it as a state of vibrant growth and development—akin to a flower blooming when it has sun, water and air in the right measure. It goes beyond transient happiness or material success. Flourishing is about deep satisfaction, meaning, growth, character, relationships and health.

  • A Bottoms-Up model focuses on individual habits, relationships, and mindset.
